ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀ ਬਸਤੀ ਬਾਵਾ ਖੇਲ ਨਹਿਰ ਨੇੜੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਦਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਨੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਲੁਟੇਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਲੰਧਰ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਤਲ ਅਤੇ ਲੁੱਟ-ਖੋਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਨੂੰ ਫਰੀਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਦਾ ਪੋਸਟਮਾਰਟਮ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ
