The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, invites applications for its MSc Advanced Computer Science with Cyber Security course starting in January 2026.
Eligibility: A minimum second-class (2:2) Honours degree or international equivalent in Computer Science or a closely related discipline; significant programming experience is required, for example: Python, Java, C++, and Haskell; a minimum English language score of IELTS 6.0 (with no component below 5.5).

The University of Sheffield, the U.K., invites applications for its MSc Aerospace Engineering course, starting in September 2026.
Eligibility: Holders of a three-or-four-year Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% in a relevant subject with relevant modules. IELTS 6.5 (with 6 in each component) or university equivalent.
Scholarships: The university is offering scholarships worth £3,000 to international fee-paying students starting their studies in September 2026. It will be awarded automatically as a tuition fee discount to eligible students who accept their offer from the university before July 7.

IIT Roorkee researchers led by PhD scholar Pankaj S. Patwal under Prof. Pavan Kumar Bosukonda, developed microscopic hydrogels that self-organise at oil-water interfaces through enzymatic reactions, showing life-like traits like fuel dependence and colloid interactions. The study was published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society.
Duangailung Kamei, Lead researcher; Dipankar Hazarika, co-researcher, and Nurul Alam Choudhury, Supervisor and Principal Investigator, Nagaland University, developed an eco-friendly gelatin-based hydrogel membrane electrolyte. It offers a safe, flexible, and biodegradable alternative to conventional electrolytes used in supercapacitors. The findings were published in Materials Today Chemistry.
