ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਕੇਲ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਘੱਟ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਾਲ 2024-25 ਤੱਕ&comma; ਭਾਰਤ 14&period;7 ਲੱਖ ਸਕੂਲ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ&comma; 24&period;7 ਕਰੋੜ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ&comma; 1 ਕਰੋੜ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਨੋਟ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਸਲ ਲਾਭ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਕਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਲ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਕੂਲ 56&percnt; ਤੋਂ ਵਧ ਕੇ 92&percnt; ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇੰਟਰਨੈਟ ਕਨੈਕਟੀਵਿਟੀ ਲਗਭਗ ਅੱਠ ਗੁਣਾ ਵਧ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸਕੂਲੀ ਦਿਨ ਲਈ ਪਖਾਨੇ&comma; ਰੈਂਪ&comma; ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਾਣੀ&comma; ਮਿਡ-ਡੇ-ਮੀਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੈਫੋਲਡਿੰਗ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਕਾਫੀ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਚਿਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ&comma; ਨੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਕਲਾਸ 3 ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਔਸਤ ਸਕੋਰ 64&percnt; ਸੀ&comma; ਅਤੇ ਗਣਿਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ 60&percnt; ਸੀ। 6ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਤੱਕ&comma; ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਅੱਧੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਬੱਚੇ ਗਣਿਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਛੜ ਗਏ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੰਬਰ ਰੇਖਾ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਸਾਧਾਰਨ ਅੰਸ਼ ਡੇਢ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ&comma; ਤਾਂ 6ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 29&percnt; ਬੱਚੇ ਹੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਫੈਲਾਅ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਰ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਰਾਮ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਮਾਤ 3 ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਪੰਜਾਬ 82&percnt; &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਲਕਸ਼ਦੀਪ 52&percnt; ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ 30 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਰ ਹੈ। ਲੁਧਿਆਣੇ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਬੱਚਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਵਰੱਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਬੱਚਾ&comma; ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਰਥਪੂਰਨ ਅਰਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਸਿਆਣਪ ਸੰਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੁਪੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੂਰੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ 7&comma;993 ਸਕੂਲ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਕਾਲਪਨਿਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਬਜਟ ਅਲਾਟਮੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਕੱਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਕੂਲ&comma; ਲਗਭਗ 14 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ&comma; ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚਲਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 33&period;8 ਲੱਖ ਬੱਚੇ ਦਾਖਲ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹਰ ਕਲਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਰਸੋਈ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਕਾਗਜ਼ੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਅਤੇ ਘੰਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ&comma; ਡਿਸਲੈਕਸੀਆ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ &&num;8220&semi;ਖੰਡਿਤ ਸੇਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ&&num;8221&semi; ਕਿਹਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇੱਥੇ ਇੱਕ ਜਾਤਕ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ&colon;
