ਦਲੇਰ ਹੱਲ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ<&sol;b><&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਕਾਂਤ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਰੋਤ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਸੀਜੇਆਈ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਕਾਂਤ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਵ ਜੱਜ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਬੀਆਰ ਗਵਈ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੈਂਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਰਾਲੀ ਸਾੜਨ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਰਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਰਹੋ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਗਲਤ ਧਾਰਨਾ ਹੈ &lbrack;pollution&rsqb; ਡੋਮੇਨ ਮਾਹਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ&comma;&&num;8221&semi; ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਕਾਂਤ ਨੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੁਣਵਾਈਆਂ ਲਈ ਸੀਮਾਵਾਂ ਖਿੱਚਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਇੱਕ ਚੌਥਾਈ ਸਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ&comma; ਇੱਕ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਕਾਰਜ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਲਈ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਪਾਸ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ&comma; ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਗ੍ਰੇਡਡ ਰਿਸਪਾਂਸ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਪਲਾਨ &&num;8211&semi; ਦਿੱਲੀ-ਐਨਸੀਆਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਵਿਧੀ ਆਦਿ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;ਹਾਂ&comma; ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਕਾਂਤ ਨੇ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੀਮਾਵਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਕਾਂਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਲਈ ਡੋਮੇਨ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੱਲ ਸਨ&comma; ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਬੈਂਚ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ-ਐਨਸੀਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੇ ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ &&num;8220&semi;ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਉਪਾਅ&&num;8221&semi; ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਏਅਰ ਕੁਆਲਿਟੀ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ &lpar;ਸੀਏਕਿਊਐਮ&rpar; ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਹਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ CAQM ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਗਏ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਰਿਆਸ਼ੀਲ ਕਦਮ ਦਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਹੈ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ BS-III ਨਿਕਾਸੀ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 12 ਅਗਸਤ&comma; 2025 ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ&comma;
