<p> <br &sol;>&NewLine;<br &sol;>&NewLine; &Tab; Rain Alert <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&Tab; Thick Black Clouds Envelop Cities While Punjab Sees Relief from Flooding&Tab; &Tab;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;CHANDIGARH&colon; After grappling with flood conditions&comma; Punjab is now witnessing a return to normalcy with the monsoon resuming its course&period; The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert in 11 districts of the state today&comma; accompanied by strong winds and thundershowers in some areas&period; Cities are witnessing a mix of clouds and sunshine as the weather pattern fluctuates&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>According to data received from the Meteorological Department&comma; the districts likely to experience rainfall include Fazilka&comma; Faridkot&comma; Moga&comma; Ferozepur&comma; Jalandhar&comma; Tarn Taran&comma; Kapurthala&comma; Hoshiarpur&comma; Amritsar&comma; Gurdaspur&comma; and Pathankot&period; The previous day saw minimal rainfall in the region&comma; with recorded amounts of 4 mm each in Patiala and Ludhiana&comma; 19&period;5 mm in Barnala&comma; 6 mm in Fatehgarh Sahib&comma; 3&period;5 mm in Moga&comma; 2&period;5 mm in Ropar&comma; and 5 mm in Balachore&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In the midst of these weather developments&comma; the water level in the Bhakra Dam continues to rise steadily&period; The latest measurements indicate that the water level of Bhakra Dam has increased by one and a half feet compared to the previous day&period; As of Saturday morning&comma; the water level reached 1659&period;51 feet&comma; compared to the previous day&&num;8217&semi;s measurement of 1658&period;01 feet&period; The inflow of water in the dam currently stands at 68&comma;403 cusecs&comma; while only 41&comma;641 cusecs of water are being released through the turbines&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Similarly&comma; Nangal Dam is releasing 12&comma;350 cusecs of water into Nangal Hydel Canal&comma; while Anandpur Sahib Hydel Canal and Sutlej River have water releases of 10&comma;150 cusecs and 19&comma;200 cusecs&comma; respectively&period; Despite the increase in water levels&comma; Bhakra Dam remains approximately 21 feet below the danger mark of 1680 feet&period; Residents of the affected districts are urged to remain cautious and take necessary precautions during the rain and windy conditions&period; Authorities are closely monitoring the situation&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;13&semi;<br &sol;>&NewLine; <br &sol;>&NewLine;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab; end-of <&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;
