ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ&comma; ਪਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ&comma; ਜਿਸਦੇ SC&comma; ST&comma; OBC ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ&comma; ਆਰਥਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਤੀਗਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੋਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁੱਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾਖਲਾ 2023-24 ਵਿੱਚ 24&period;80 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਘਟ ਕੇ 2025-26 ਵਿੱਚ 24&period;72 ਕਰੋੜ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਡੂੰਘੀਆਂ ਢਾਂਚਾਗਤ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਕਾਰਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ&colon; ਘੱਟ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ&comma; ਬਾਲ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰੀ&comma; ਅਤੇ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਨਤਕ&comma; ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ&comma; ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਲਪਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਿੰਨਤਾ ਵੀ ਹਰ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਦੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਨਿਕਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਨਾਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਅਯੋਗ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੂਰ-ਦੁਰਾਡੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਘੱਟ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 86 ਲੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਆਈ ਹੈ&comma; ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਇਸੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਗੈਰ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 88 ਲੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਪੈਟਰਨ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਪੇ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਉੱਚ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ&comma; ਵਧੀਆ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਪਛੜੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ SC&comma; ST&comma; OBC&comma; ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਰੋਤ ਬਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਫਾਇਤੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੁਫਤ ਪਾਠ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ&comma; ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ-ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਸਰ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ&comma;
