<p>						AMRITSAR: The 31st Northern Regional Council meeting commenced with the arrival of Indian Home Minister Amit Shah in Amritsar, gathering key figures like Punjab Governor Banwari Lal Purohit and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, alongside Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on the stage.</p>
<p>In the meeting, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann raised vital concerns, prominently addressing the challenges faced by flood-affected regions in Punjab.
