ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਨੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਟੈਸਟਿੰਗ ਏਜੰਸੀ &lpar;NTA&rpar; ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ&comma; ਜੋ ਕਿ ਉੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਲਈ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਈ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਵਜੋਂ&comma; ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੀਕ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਰਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਸੀ। NTA ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ 15 ਮਈ&comma; 2018 ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ &&num;8211&semi; ਠੀਕ ਅੱਠ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ &&num;8211&semi; ਇੱਕ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਵੈ-ਨਿਰਭਰ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ₹ 25 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਯਕਮੁਸ਼ਤ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ&comma; ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਲੀਕ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ&comma; ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਉੱਚ-ਪੱਧਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। 2024 ਦੀ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਤੇ NTA ਦੇ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ&comma; ਏਜੰਸੀ ਹੁਣ ਅੰਡਰਗਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਦਾਖਲਿਆਂ &lpar;JEE-Mains&comma; NEET-UG&comma; CUET&comma; NCET&comma; CMAT&comma; NIFTE&rpar;&comma; ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਦਾਖਲੇ &lpar;CUET-PG&comma; GAT-B&comma; AIEEA-PG&comma; GPAT&comma; ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ PM ਯਸ਼ਸਵੀ ਸਕੀਮ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਓਲਮਪਿਡਸ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਟੈਸਟ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਮਾਰਚ 2026 ਤੱਕ&comma; NTA ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 6&period;61 ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ 275 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਦਸੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ 2025 ਲਈ ਸੰਸਦੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਆਤਮ-ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਨੇ 3&comma;064&period;77 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਖਰਚ ਕੇ ₹3&comma;512&period;98 ਕਰੋੜ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਭਗ ₹448 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਸਰਪਲੱਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਪਰ ਕੀ ਇਸਨੇ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਲੀਕੇਜ ਜਾਂ ਗਲਤ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ&quest; ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਹੋਰ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ&period; ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੰਸਥਾ&comma; ਅੱਠ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ NEET-UG ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਪਰ ਲੀਕ&comma; JEE-Mains ਵਿੱਚ ਹੇਰਾਫੇਰੀ&comma; UGC-NET ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਟੈਸਟਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਲੜੀ ਦੇਖੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਜੇਈ-ਮੁੱਖ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>NTA ਨੇ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਘੱਟ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਅਦ&comma; JEE-Main ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ। ਮੀਡੀਆ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ&comma; 9 ਜਨਵਰੀ&comma; 2020 ਨੂੰ&comma; ਸੈਸ਼ਨ-1 ਦੇ ਪੇਪਰ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਸਨ&comma; ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਅਸਲ ਪੇਪਰ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਲ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਐਨਟੀਏ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਲੀਕ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਜੈਮਰ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ&comma; 2021 ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੇਰਾਫੇਰੀ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ। ਜਾਂਚ ਨੇ ਐਫੀਨਿਟੀ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ&comma; ਇਸਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕਾਂ&comma; ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਰੂਸੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੇ ਹੈਕਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਸੋਨੀਪਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਸਾਫਟਵੇਅਰ ਨਾਲ ਘੁਸਪੈਠ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰਿਮੋਟ ਐਕਸੈਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਮਾਸਟਰਮਾਈਂਡ ਵਿਨੈ ਦਹੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਚ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇੱਕ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਘਟਨਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਦਿੱਲੀ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਜਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਈਈ &lpar;ਮੇਨਸ&rpar; 2025 ਸਕੋਰਕਾਰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੇਰਾਫੇਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ&comma; ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਸਾਇੰਸਿਜ਼ ਲੈਬਾਰਟਰੀ &lpar;ਸੀਐਫਐਸਐਲ&rpar; ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਾਈਬਰ ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਲੈਬਾਰਟਰੀ &lpar;ਐਨਸੀਐਫਐਲ&rpar; ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਦੋਵਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਕੋਰਕਾਰਡ&comma; ਜੋ ਕਿ 94 ਅਤੇ 98 ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਦਿਖਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ&comma; ਨੂੰ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਨਟੀਏ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਸਕੋਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। NTA ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੇਲ ਖਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਤਰੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਆਈਆਂ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਵਾਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਜਾਂ ਗਲਤ ਮਾਰਕ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼&comma; ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਉੱਤਰ ਕੁੰਜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ&comma; ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਰੈਂਕ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀਆਂ&comma; ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਖਾਮੀਆਂ&comma; ਅੰਡਰਗਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ &&num;8211&semi; NEET-UG &&num;8211&semi; ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਖਿੱਚਿਆ ਹੈ। 2021 ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ &lpar;ਸਲੋਨੀ ਬਨਾਮ NTA&rpar; ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਇਹ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸੀਬੀਆਈ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ NEET-UG ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਇੱਕ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਤਿੰਨ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ &lpar;ਐਫਆਈਆਰ&rpar; ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇੱਕ ਨਾਗਪੁਰ-ਅਧਾਰਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਅਸਲ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਸਟੈਂਡ-ਇਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ&comma; ਅਤੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ 50 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਤੁਲਨਾਤਮਕ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀਆਂ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸੰਗਠਿਤ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਿੰਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਕਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ &&num;8211&semi; ਐਨਟੀਏ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ&comma; ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਦਲੀਲ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ &&num;8220&semi;ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੋਏ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਨਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਪਰ ਲੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੁਕਸਾਨਦੇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>2024 ਦਾ ਚੱਕਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਸੰਕਟ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਇਆ। ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਉਸ ਸਾਲ NEET-UG ਲਈ 23 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਬੈਠੇ ਸਨ। ਜਦੋਂ ਸਕੋਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ&comma; 67 ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ 720 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 720 ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ&comma; ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੁੱਲ 718 ਜਾਂ 719 ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>NTA ਨੇ ਇਸ ਅੰਤਰ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਘਨ ਪਿਆ ਸੀ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ&comma;
