Northern Railway Rolls Out 34 Special Trains for Festive Season Passengers

<p> <br &sol;>&NewLine;<br &sol;>&NewLine; &Tab; Northern Railway<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&Tab; &quest;Railway is currently operating 34 special trains with a total of 377 trips&Tab; &Tab;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;NEW-DELHI&colon; As the festive season unfolds&comma; Northern Railway is extending a helping hand to passengers seeking to celebrate the Puja festival with their families in their hometowns&period; Northern Railway General Manager&comma; Shobhan Chaudhary&comma; addressed the media at the Baroda House headquarters today&comma; shedding light on the preparations for the 2023 festival season&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Shobhan Chaudhary explained that Northern Railway is committed to ensuring the comfort and convenience of train passengers during this festive period&period; To manage the surge of travelers and meet their holiday demands&comma; the railway is currently operating 34 special trains with a total of 377 trips&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>These special trains come equipped with 1&comma;326 general class&comma; 3&comma;328 sleeper&comma; and 2&comma;513 AC coaches&comma; providing diverse seating options for all categories of passengers&period; To further alleviate the passenger rush&comma; an additional 152 coaches have been introduced across 69 trains&comma; enhancing seat and berth availability&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>These special train services are poised to serve thousands of passengers planning to journey to their hometowns for the festival season&period; Northern Railway alone is running 13 special trains with 174 trips&comma; while other railway zones across the country have also introduced 21 special trains with 203 trips&period; These special trains will connect major cities and regions&comma; including Patna&comma; Chapra&comma; Jogwani&comma; Saharsa&comma; Jainagar&comma; Katihar&comma; Guwahati&comma; Darbhanga&comma; Gorakhpur&comma; Varanasi&comma; Baruni&comma; Raxaul&comma; Muzaffarpur&comma; Gaya&comma; Lucknow&comma; Kolkata&comma; Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra&comma; Amritsar&comma; Saharanpur&comma; Ambala&comma; and more&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;13&semi;<br &sol;>&NewLine; <br &sol;>&NewLine;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab;&Tab; end-of <&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;
