<p><b>IIM Nagpur </b>conducted an international conference on <i>Cybersecurity Resilience: Safeguarding Businesses and Governments from Cyberthreats and Disruptions</i>. Lt. Gen (Retd.) Rajesh Pant, Former National Cybersecurity Coordinator, PMO, Government of India, delivered the keynote address. The institute also held the <i>ICSSR Vision Viksit Bharat@2047 Conference: Creating a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Society.</i> Arvind Kumar, Director General of Software Technology Parks of India.</p>
<p><b>The Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence </b>hosted the All-India Vice-Chancellors Conference, in which 50 vice-chancellors from 18 states participated.</p>

<p><b>Surveys</b></p>
<p><b>Mpower </b>hosted the Mpowering Minds Summit 2025, which saw experts from Harvard Medical School, World Economic Forum, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Australia and psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, policymakers, participate. A report on the mental health and well-being of the youth across India was also released at the event.</p>
<p>A study by <b>Zell Education</b> showed that 50%-70% of fintech startups hiring finance or accounting graduates were looking for candidates with additional competencies such as data analysis, programming, and blockchain knowledge.</p>
<p><b>Awards and rankings</b></p>
<p><b>Prajwala Yadlapalli, Naidu Yaswanth Reddy, and Parise Sri Vatsal Team CodeBlue) from Amrita School of Computing, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham</b>, Amaravati, won the first prize at DecodeX 2025 a national-level hackathon held at N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.</p>
<p><b>The New College, Chennai,</b> won the overall trophy in IRTIFAA 2K25 hosted by MEASI Institute of Information Technology. The event saw participation from 545 students from colleges across Chennai, Ambur, Vaniyambadi, and Tiruchi.</p>
<p><b>Gaurav Kumar, Abhishek Sarkar, and Himanshu Singh, students from Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Nagpur</b>, came first in KIRIT 5.0, the case analysis competition hosted by Kirloskar Institute of Management. Suryansh Srivastava, Somil Puri, and Yahoo Singh from <b>NIT-Raipur </b>were declared runners-up.</p>
<p><b>Srivatsav, Srinivas and Sriram, </b>students from <b>Coimbatore’s Indian Public School,</b> were the winners of the Monash University Change It Challenge final in Melbourne. <b>Anna, Michelle and Neyja from Taman Rama Intercultural School, Bali, Indonesia,</b> came second, while<b> Aditya from International School, Dhaka, Bangladesh,</b> came third.</p>
<p><b>Piyus Kedia and Amartya Saha, students, IIM Calcutta</b>, won the NTPC Electron Quiz 2025 grand finale at NTPC Power Management Institute, Noida. <b>Ankita Shandilya and Shashank Tyagi from FMS, Delhi,</b> were the first runners-up.</p>
<p><b>ARPR Events</b> hosted the second edition of the<b> Sci-Edu Awards 2025 </b>with 54 educators being recognised for their contribution in fostering a scientific temperament among students. <p><b>Partnerships and collaborations</b></p>
<p><b>Shiv Nadar University-Delhi NCR and Springer Nature </b>signed a Fully Open Access MoU at the India Sustainability Conclave 2025 to provide wider access to the university’s multidisciplinary research.</p>
<p><b>BIT Mesra </b>signed an MoU with<b> L&;T Edutech </b>to bridge the skill gap between industry and academia. L&;T Edutech has launched its Educate India (Learn Connect) initiative to provide students with access to a library of industry-relevant courses.</p>
<p><b>Get Set Learn</b> has partnered with the <b>National Skill Development Corporation </b>to launch the Skills for New Bharat initiative to empower one million school students with an entrepreneurial mindset and prepare them for an AI-driven world.</p>
<p><b>The All India Management Association</b> (AIMA), which holds the Management Aptitude Test (MAT), has tied up with B-Schools across the country to accept MAT scores for admission.</p>
<p><b>ODM Educational Group</b> signed an MoU with <b>Cyber Square</b> to implement a coding and AI curriculum across its schools, from class one onwards. The programme will be delivered through an interactive platform that integrates coding and AI principles into the existing curriculum.</p>
<p><b>IIT Guwahati </b>signed an MoU with <b>Danfoss Industries</b> to drive research and development in areas such as water desalination technologies, advanced power electronics and drives, high-pressure pump systems. A Center of Excellence (CoE) &#8211; Danfoss Solutions will be established to streamline all collaborative projects under a unified research umbrella. A joint educational programme will be established between IIT Guwahati and the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), in collaboration with Danfoss.</p>
<p><b>The Department of School Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, British Council, and the Premier League, </b>partnered for the state’s Premier League Primary Stars initiative, which aims to integrate sports into education and equip students with essential life skills.</p>
<p><b>Cactus Communications</b> has partnered with <b>IIM Kozhikode</b> to equip its students, researchers, and faculty with AI tools through Editage Plus, its AI products suite.</p>
