<p>						NEW-DELHI: As September approaches, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has unveiled a detailed list of bank holidays for the month, aiding individuals in their financial planning. With a total of 16 scheduled closure days, the upcoming month promises both time for relaxation and adherence to significant cultural observances.</p>
<p>Significantly, it is of utmost importance to know the Bank Holidays as September 30 is the last day to exchange or deposit the withdrawn Rs 2,000 banknotes. </p>
<p>Scheduled Bank Closures:</p>
<p>September 3: Banks will remain closed nationwide, observing Sunday.&#13;<br />
September 6: In the Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Patna zones, banks will be closed for Krishna Janmashtami.&#13;<br />
September 7: Bank holidays will be observed in zones including Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Gangtok, Telangana, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Lucknow, Raipur, Ranchi, Shillong, Shimla, and Srinagar, marking Shri Krishna Janmashtami.&#13;<br />
September 9: The second Saturday will bring a bank holiday.&#13;<br />
September 10: Once again, a nationwide closure will occur due to Sunday.&#13;<br />
September 17: Sunday will be observed as a holiday.&#13;<br />
September 18: In the Bengaluru and Telangana zones, banks will close for Vinayaka Chaturthi.&#13;<br />
September 19: Ganesh Chaturthi will prompt closures in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Nagpur, and Panaji zones.&#13;<br />
September 20: Kochi and Bhubaneswar zones will observe a holiday for Ganesh Chaturthi.&#13;<br />
September 22: On the occasion of Shri Narayan Guru Samadhi, banks in Kochi, Panaji, and Trivandrum zones will remain closed.&#13;<br />
September 23: The fourth Saturday of the month will be observed as a bank holiday nationwide.&#13;<br />
September 24: Sunday will bring another nationwide bank closure.&#13;<br />
September 25: In the Guwahati zone, banks will remain closed for Shrimant Sankardev Jayanti.&#13;<br />
September 27: Milad-e-Sharif (Prophet Muhammad&#8217;s birthday) will prompt closures in Jammu, Kochi, Srinagar, and Trivandrum zones.&#13;<br />
September 28: Eid-e-Milad will lead to bank closures in Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Belapur, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Dehradun, Telangana, Imphal, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur, and Ranchi zones.&#13;<br />
September 29: The occasion of Eid-e-Milad-ul-Nabi will prompt closures in the Gangtok, Jammu, and Srinagar zones.<br />
