<p>CHANDIGARH, December 10:</p>



<p>Kamaldeep Singh Saini has been appointed as the General Secretary in-charge of organization of the Punjab Lok Congress.</p>



<p>The orders to this effect were issued by Capt Amarinder Singh here last evening.</p>



<p>In his role as the General Secretary, Saini will be looking after organizational affairs. This includes building up the organization at block, district and state level.</p>



<p>Saini comes with a long experience of about three decades, having served in the NSUI, Youth Congress and the Congress party. He recently left the Chairmanship of the Punjab State Cooperative Agricultural Development Bank.</p>



<p>He is already assisting Capt Amarinder in building up the organization and facilitating his meetings and interactions with leaders from different sections of the society as also other political parties.</p>
