ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਵਾਰ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਸਬ-ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਦੀ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਏਐਸਆਈ ਜੋਗਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਚੂੜੀਆਂ-ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਰੋਡ ਨੇੜਿਓਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਝੜਪ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅੱਥਰੂ ਗੈਸ ਦੇ ਗੋਲੇ ਛੱਡੇ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਠੀਚਾਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਕੈਦੀ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ &&num;8216&semi;ਆਪ&&num;8217&semi; ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ &&num;8216&semi;ਕੁਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਬੋਲਬਾਲਾ&&num;8217&semi; ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ &&num;8216&semi;ਆਪ&&num;8217&semi; ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਾ &&num;8216&semi;ਨੈਤਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ&&num;8217&semi; ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੀ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਏ&period;ਐਸ&period;ਆਈ ਦੇ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਤਲ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲੀ ਅਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਨਾਕ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਹੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਕਿਸ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ&quest;&&num;8221&semi;
