ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਈਲਾਂ&comma; ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਤੋਪਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਥਰੂ ਗੈਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਜਾਂ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਰਤੋਂ &&num;8220&semi;ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਠਹਿਰਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਐਮਨੈਸਟੀ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੈਂਬਲੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਧਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦੇਵੇ। ਇਸਨੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਾਕਤ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਥਾਪਾਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ&comma;
