2026&rpar; ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਪੈਪੀਲੋਮਾਵਾਇਰਸ &lpar;ਐਚਪੀਵੀ&rpar; ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ&comma; ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰੱਖੀ ਗਈ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਨੇ ਟੀਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ&comma; ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ &&num;8220&semi;ਅੱਧੇ ਪੱਕੇ ਟੀਕੇ&&num;8221&semi; ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੋਕੋਲ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਚੀਫ਼ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਡੀਕੇ ਉਪਾਧਿਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਤੇਜਸ ਕਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਚ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 14 ਸਾਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 5&period;5 ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਐਚਪੀਵੀ ਵੈਕਸੀਨ ਖੁਰਾਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਕਿਸੇ &&num;8220&semi;ਤੁਰੰਤ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ&&num;8221&semi; ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਦੀ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ&comma; ਸੂਚਿਤ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕੂਲ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਏ ਵਧੀਕ ਸਾਲਿਸਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਚੇਤਨ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਚਪੀਵੀ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਲ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ&comma; 25 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੱਕ&comma; ਲਗਭਗ 5&period;5 ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਖੁਰਾਕਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕੂਲ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ 120 ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਸਨ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ 42 ਵਿੱਚ &&num;8220&semi;ਥੋੜ੍ਹੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ&&num;8221&semi; ਲੱਛਣ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ&comma;
