ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਗਰ ਟੀਐਸ ਇੱਕਲੌਤਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਕੋਰਸ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਕੋਰਸ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਅਣਉਪਲਬਧਤਾ&comma; ਦੋ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ&comma; ਰਾਘਵੇਂਦਰ ਐਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਗਰ TS&comma; ਨੇ ਮੈਸੂਰ ਵਿੱਚ MIT ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਮਕੈਨੀਕਲ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕੋਰਸ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਰਾਘਵੇਂਦਰ ਕੋਰਸ ਤੋਂ ਹਟ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਸਾਗਰ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ&comma; ਮੈਂ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਵਿਕਲਪਿਕ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ&comma; ਮੇਰੀ ਸੀਈਟੀ ਰੈਂਕਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕੋਰਸ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸੀਟ ਅਲਾਟਮੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੌਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੀ ਇਹੀ ਕੋਰਸ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ&comma; ਪੂਰੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਹੀ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ&comma; ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਕੋਰਸ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਣ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਕੋਰਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ&comma; ”ਸਾਗਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>ਉਸਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ&comma; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;ਮੈਂ ਇੱਕ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਹਾਂ&comma; ਜਿਸਨੇ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਵਿੱਚ SSLC ਤੱਕ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ 85&percnt; ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ। ਦੂਜੀ PU ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਮੈਂ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਵਿੱਚ 60&percnt; ਅੰਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਸ ਲਈ&comma; ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਕੋਰਸ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤੀ ਕੋਰਸ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ&comma; ਕੋਰਸ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ&comma; ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ&comma; ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਦਾ ਕੋਰਸ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਾਤਰ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਕੋਰਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਐਮਆਈਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਬੀਜੀ ਨਰੇਸ਼ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ <i>ਹਿੰਦੂ<&sol;i>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;ਸਾਗਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਇੰਜਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕੋਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਖੁਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋਏ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਕੋਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ। ਇਸ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਦੇ ਕੋਰਸ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਕੋਰਸ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀਆਂ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ&comma; ਉਹ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ&comma; ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਦਾ ਕੋਰਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਮਕੈਨੀਕਲ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕੋਰਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਮੁੱਦੇ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਸ਼ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਇੰਜਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕੋਰਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ। &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕੋਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਗਰ ਲਈ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਦਾ ਕੋਰਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਐਗਜ਼ਾਮੀਨੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ &lpar;KEA&rpar; ਜਾਂ VTU ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਰਸ ਦਾ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਬਦਲਦਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਦਾ ਕੋਰਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਨਹੀਂ&comma; ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਕੋਟੇ ਦੀ ਸੀਟ ਅਧੀਨ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲੈਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਕੈਨੀਕਲ ਇੰਜਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਸੀਟ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਹਾਮੀ ਭਰੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਧੂ ਫੀਸ ਦੇਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਕੁੱਲ 1&period;15 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਵਾਧੂ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ&comma; ਕੇਈਏ ਜਾਂ ਵੀਟੀਯੂ ਨੂੰ ਦਖਲ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ&comma; ”ਉਸਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਸਾਗਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਵਾਧੂ ਫੀਸ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ। &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਰਸ ਦੇ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਤਾਂ ਕੇਈਏ ਅਤੇ ਵੀਟੀਯੂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ&comma;” ਉਸਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਕੇਈਏ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਾ ਐਚ <i>ਹਿੰਦੂ<&sol;i>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣਾ VTU ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਲਈ ਵੀਟੀਯੂ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਲਾਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਣਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ &lpar;NEP 2020&rpar; ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ&comma; ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 2021-22 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕੋਰਸ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ&comma; ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਫਾਰ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ &lpar;ਏਆਈਸੀਟੀਈ&rpar; ਨੇ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਦੇ ਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਇੰਜਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਵਲ ਅਤੇ ਮਕੈਨੀਕਲ ਕੋਰਸ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। VTU ਨੇ ਕੰਨੜ ਅਨੁਵਾਦਿਤ ਕੋਰਸ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ&comma; ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਦੇ 27 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2021-22 ਵਿੱਚ CET ਕਾਉਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪਰ&comma; ਉਸਨੇ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆ। 2022-23 ਅਤੇ 2023-24 ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੇ ਕੰਨੜ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਇੰਜਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕੋਰਸ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ&comma;
