ਖਰੱਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ 15 ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ&comma; ਉਸਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ&period; ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਸਹਿ-ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮਾਸਡੀ 2007 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈਆਈਟੀ ਬੰਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ&period; ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ 17 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰੀ ਪਲ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਸੀ&period; ਇਕ ਜਵਾਨ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਜੋਂ&comma; ਉਸਨੇ ਹਾਵੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ&period; ਉਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖ ਸਕੀ ਕਿ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਡੀ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦਾ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਹੈ&comma; ਪਰ ਉਹ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਟਾਇਰ-ਇਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੋਇਆ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ&period; ਸਟੀਲ ਦੇ ਸਟੀਲ &lpar;ਯਾਤਰਾ&rpar; ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੁ early ਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਮੁੰਬਈ&comma; ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਹੀਦ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਹਿਮਦ ਖੜਗਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ&period; ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਜਨੂੰਨ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮਬਰਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਲੇਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਆ&period; ਪਹੁੰਚ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਅੰਤਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਕਿ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਖੇਡ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ&period; &&num;8220&semi;ਹਰ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਈ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਲਈ ਕੋਟੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ&quest;
