ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ&period; ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮਾਦੱਗਰ&comma; ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਸਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਦਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਤੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵੀ ਹੈ&comma; ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ &ZeroWidthSpace;&ZeroWidthSpace;ਮਾਹਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ &lpar;ਈਈਸੀ&rpar; ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਹੋਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ&comma; ਬਾਂਕ ਬਾਜ਼ੂ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੀ&comma; ਤਾਂ 1 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਨਾਲ ਆਏ&period; ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ&period; ਹੰਗਾੜ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਿੰਟਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ&comma; ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਪਹੀਏ ਹੇਠ ਆ ਗਿਆ&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਰਾਜ-ਇਨ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਫਲੇ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਕਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ&comma; ਜੇਦਾਵਪੁਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸੁਤੰਤਰਤਾ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰੇਟਡ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ&period; ਨਵੇਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਗਤ ਰੈਂਕਿੰਗ ਫਰੇਮਵਰਕ &lpar;ਐਨਆਈਆਰਐਫ&rpar; ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ&comma; ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਰੈਂਕਿੰਗਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ&comma; ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਤਰ-ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨੀ ਖੋਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਨ&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇਹ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੈ&comma; ਬਲਕਿ ਰੁਕਾਵਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਫੰਡ ਵੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ&period; ਜਾਦਾਪੁਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ &lpar;ਜੁੱਤ&rpar; ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਈਓਈ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਆਈਓ 1 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਭੀੜ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਸੀ&period; ਜੁਟਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਨਵਰੀ 2025 ਦੇ ਇਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਫਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਫਲੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਫਲੇ ਤੋਂ &&num;8220&semi;ਗੈਰ-ਕਰਿਸ਼ਮੇ ਰੱਖ-ਰਖਾਵੀਂ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਦੇ ਖਰਚੇ&&num;8221&semi; ਲਈ ਖਰਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਪੈਸੇ ਉਧਾਰ ਲਏਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ &&num;8216&semi;ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਵੈ-ਕੱਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਰੋਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਗੁਆ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਇਸਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਸਾਬਪੰਬਰਸੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ&period; ਸਿੰਘਤਾਵਪੁਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਈ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਖੱਬੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਯੂਨੀਅਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ&period; 1970 ਦੇ ਦਖਲਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੀ ਨਕਸਲ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਨੇ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ&period; ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ&comma; ਤ੍ਰਿਨੀਮੋੱਲ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 14 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ&period; ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਸਵਿਦਾਵ ਨੇ ਸਰਵਾਈਮਨੇਵਕ ਸੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ&comma; ਪਰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਦੇ&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਮਾਰਚ 2025 ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਜੇਦਾਵਪੁਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਨੇ ਗਲਤ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੁਰਖੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ&period; ਸਤੰਬਰ 2019 ਵਿਚ&comma; ਲਗਭਗ ਉਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਾਸੀ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਾਬੂ ਬਾਵਿਯਿਓ ਦੇ ਕਾਫਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ&period; ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸੂਪ੍ਰਿਯੋ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਨ&comma; ਨੂੰ ਤਤਕਾਲੀ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਜਗਦੀਤੀ ਜਗਦੀਤੀ ਜਗਦੀਤੀ ਜਗਦੀਪ ਧੀਕਰ ਨੇ ਬਚਾਇਆ&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਰੰਗੀਨ ਫਰੈਸਕੋਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ&comma; ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੰਧਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਪੇਂਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਂਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਘੇਰਾਬੰਦੀ ਕਰਕੇ<i>ਹੋੋਕ ਰੰਗ <&sol;i>&lpar;ਰੌਲਾ ਪਾਉਣ&rpar; ਅੰਦੋਲਨ 2014 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਸੀਜ 150 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਚੱਲਿਆ&period; ਅਗਸਤ 2023 ਵਿਚ&comma; ਇਕ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ&period; ਵਾਰਡੂਟਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ 13 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਕਿਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਵੱਧ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ&period; ਕੈਂਪਸ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪੋਸਟ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ&comma; ਪਰ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਰੋ ਉਪ ਕੁਲਪਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਿਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ&period; ਜਦੋਂ 1 ਮਾਰਚ&comma; 2025 ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ&comma; ਤਾਂ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਭਾਸਕਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਕੁਲਪਤੀ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ&period; ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਬੀਮਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ&period;
