ਜੋ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ। ਫਿਰ&comma; ਸੀਈ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜਾਅਵਾਰ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਕੁੱਲ 2&comma;500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ&comma; ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਗਭਗ 750 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏਗੀ। ਬਾਕੀ ਰਕਮ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ&comma; ਮਕੈਨੀਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਘੱਟ ਆਕਰਸ਼ਕ ਬਣ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕਈ ਅਦਾਰੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਹੁਨਰ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰਯੋਗਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਢੁਕਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਕਰਸ਼ਕ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਪੋਲੀਟੈਕਨਿਕ&comma; ਇੰਜਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਊਮੈਨਟੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਭ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਰਾਜ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇੰਟਰਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਮਾਡਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ&comma;
