ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਔਖੇ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੀਅ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਕਾਲਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ&comma; ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ&quest;
