ਜੋ ਕਿ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ &lpar;ਐਸਸੀ&rpar; ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹੈ&comma; ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਲਾਲਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ 3 ਮਾਰਚ 2013 ਨੂੰ ਉਸ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਘਟਨਾ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਾਲਪੁਰਾ ਟੈਕਸੀ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਸੋਮਵਾਰ &lpar;30 ਮਾਰਚ&comma; 2026&rpar; ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਖਡੂਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਅੱਠ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਰਾਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਕਥਿਤ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਘਿਨਾਉਣੇ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ&semi; ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਵਿਗਾੜ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ&comma; ਘਟਨਾ ਲਗਭਗ 13 ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਅਣਸੁਖਾਵਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੁਲਝਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ&comma; ਇਸ ਲਈ ਯੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਅਪੀਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਸਹਿ-ਹੋਂਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਕਰਤਾ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ 4 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ਼ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ੀਅਲ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ ਦੀ 25 ਮਾਰਚ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਬਾਅ&comma; ਦਬਾਅ ਜਾਂ ਅਣਉਚਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਗੌੜਾ ਐਲਾਨਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰਦਾਤਾ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਨੇ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਨਾਮ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ 2012 ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉੱਚ ਸਿਵਲ ਚਰਿੱਤਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਕੇਸ&comma; ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਲੈਣ-ਦੇਣ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਆਹੁਤਾ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਝਗੜਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਏ&comma; ਉਦੋਂ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਝਗੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੀਜੀ ਉਰਫ਼ ਪੱਪੂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਬਨਾਮ ਰਾਧਿਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ 2012 ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲਿਆ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 354 ਅਤੇ 394 ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਅਪਰਾਧਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ&comma; ਭਾਵੇਂ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਗੈਰ-ਕਮਪਾਊਂਡੇਬਲ ਅਪਰਾਧਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ&comma; ਰਾਮ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਬਨਾਮ ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ 2022 ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ&comma;
