ਨੇ 22 ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦਾਂ ਦੇ 346 ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਚੁਣਨ ਲਈ 14 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਬਾਡੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ 218 ਹਲਕਿਆਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ 62&comma; ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨੇ 46&comma; ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ &lpar;ਭਾਜਪਾ&rpar; ਨੇ ਸੱਤ&comma; ਬਹੁਜਨ ਸਮਾਜ ਪਾਰਟੀ &lpar;ਬਸਪਾ&rpar; ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ 10 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਜਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। 153 ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਸੰਮਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ 2&comma;834 ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ &&num;8216&semi;ਆਪ&&num;8217&semi; ਜਦਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਬਾਡੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਚੋਣ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੱਤਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ 2027 ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਭਰੋਸੇਯੋਗ ਦਾਅਵੇਦਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ&comma; ਉਹ ਫਿੱਕੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਜਾਪਦੀ ਹੈ। 2017 ਅਤੇ 2022 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ 2024 ਦੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਾਰੀ ਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਲਈ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਹੋਣ&comma; ਪਰ ਇਹ ਲਾਭ ਸਦੀ &ZeroWidthSpace;&ZeroWidthSpace;ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪੁਨਰਵਾਸ ਵੱਲ ਸਾਰਥਕ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਜੇਕਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ &ZeroWidthSpace;&ZeroWidthSpace;ਗਠਜੋੜ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ&comma; ਤਾਂ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਅਤੇ ਅਣਕਿਆਸੀ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲਈ&comma; ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾਜਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਚੋਣ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਨਾਕਾਫੀ ਹੈ। ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਅਖਾੜਾ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਕੱਲੀਆਂ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ&comma; ਗਠਜੋੜ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਚੋਣ ਗਣਿਤ ਸੁਲ੍ਹਾ-ਸਫਾਈ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕੇਸ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ&comma; ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਕਸਬਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਧ-ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦਾ ਕਾਫੀ ਵੋਟਰ ਆਧਾਰ ਹੈ&comma; ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਜੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੂੰਘੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਥੇਬੰਦਕ ਤਾਕਤ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਕੌਮੀ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰਨੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਗੱਠਜੋੜ ਦੀ ਵਕਾਲਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਸ ਸਥਿਤੀ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਆਸਅਰਾਈਆਂ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਲਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਇਕਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨਾਲ &OpenCurlyQuote;ਜੂਨੀਅਰ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ’ ਵਜੋਂ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਕਰਕੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲੜੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸੂਬਾ ਇਕਾਈ ਦੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਸੀਮਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਛੱਡਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ&comma; ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨਾਲ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਉਸ ਖੁਦਮੁਖਤਿਆਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡਣ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ 1996 ਤੋਂ ਗੱਠਜੋੜ ਦੇ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਸਨ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ&comma; ਜਦੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ &lpar;ਜੋ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ&rpar; ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ&comma; ਤਾਂ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ&comma; ਜੋ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ&comma; ਨੇ 2020 ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਜਮਹੂਰੀ ਗਠਜੋੜ &lpar;ਐਨਡੀਏ&rpar; ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ&comma; ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਲੈਂਡਸਕੇਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁੰਝਲਦਾਰ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>2022 &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਦਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੱਤਾ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਆਈ &&num;8216&semi;ਆਪ&&num;8217&semi; ਨੂੰ 2027 &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਜਿੱਤ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਪਰਖਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ&comma;
