ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ&comma; ਮਿਜ਼ੋਰਮ ਦੇ ਡੰਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੜੀਸਾ ਦੇ ਨੁਪਾਡਾ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਬਡਗਾਮ&comma; ਜੰਮੂ ਅਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>ਇਸ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ &lpar;ਐਨਸੀ&rpar; ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਈ ਲਿਟਮਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਗੜ੍ਹ ਗੰਦਰਬਲ ਤੋਂ ਚੁਣੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੀਟ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਪ-ਚੋਣ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ 173 ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ 7 ਵਜੇ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਮ 6 ਵਜੇ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਬਡਗਾਮ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰੀਬ 1&period;26 ਲੱਖ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਵੋਟਰ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਬਡਗਾਮ ਐਨਸੀ ਦਾ ਗੜ੍ਹ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ 1962 ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਜਿੱਤਦੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ&comma; ਸਿਵਾਏ 1972 ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਸੀਟ ਤੋਂ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਸ੍ਰੀਨਗਰ ਤੋਂ ਐਨਸੀ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਆਗਾ ਰੁਹੁੱਲਾ ਮੇਹਦੀ ਨੇ 2002&comma; 2008 ਅਤੇ 2014 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਡਗਾਮ ਸੀਟ ਜਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ&comma; ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਤਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਸਨ। ਯੇਲਾਰੇਡੀਗੁੜਾ ਦੇ ਪਦਾਲਾ ਰਾਮਾ ਰੈੱਡੀ ਲਾਅ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ&comma; ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸੱਤ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਹਨ&comma; ਲੋਕ ਸਵੇਰੇ 6&period;30 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਭਾਰਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਸਮਿਤੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਮਗਨਤੀ ਗੋਪੀਨਾਥ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਕਾਰਨ ਤੇਲੰਗਾਨਾ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਹਲਕਾ ਨੰਬਰ 61 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪ ਚੋਣ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਬੀਆਰਐਸ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਮਗਨਤੀ ਸੁਨੀਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ&comma; ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਨ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ&comma; ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਮਜਲਿਸ ਇਤੇਹਾਦੁਲ ਮੁਸਲਿਮੀਨ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਅੰਟਾ&comma; ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ &lpar;ਭਾਜਪਾ&rpar; ਕੰਵਰ ਲਾਲ ਮੀਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਯੋਗ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਸੀਟ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਪੂਰੇ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਸੌ ਅਠਾਹਠ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਸ਼ਾਮ 6 ਵਜੇ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ 1&comma;16&comma;783 ਪੁਰਸ਼&comma; 1&comma;11&comma;477 ਔਰਤਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਕੁੱਲ 2&comma;28&comma;264 ਵੋਟਰ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹਨ। ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 15 ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਚੋਣ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਦ ਜੈਨ ਭਯਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਦਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਮੋਰਪਾਲ ਸੁਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਕੋਲ 200 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 118 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਹਨ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀਆਂ 66&comma; ਭਾਰਤ ਆਦਿਵਾਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਚਾਰ&comma; ਬਸਪਾ ਕੋਲ ਦੋ&comma; ਆਰਐਲਡੀ ਕੋਲ ਇੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੀਟ &lpar;ਅੰਤਾ&rpar; ਖਾਲੀ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ&comma; ਪੰਜਾਬ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੋਹਲ ਦੀ ਜੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਸੂਬੇ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਬਹੁ-ਪੱਖੀ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਠੱਪ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>15 ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ। ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 1&comma;92&comma;838 – 1&comma;00&comma;933 ਪੁਰਸ਼&comma; 91&comma;897 ਔਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਠ ਤੀਜੇ ਲਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 114 ਥਾਵਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਕੁੱਲ 222 ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਚੋਂ 60 ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਅਤੇ 162 ਪੇਂਡੂ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਚਾਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਮਾਡਲ&&num;8217&semi; ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ &&num;8216&semi;ਪਿੰਕ&&num;8217&semi; ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8216&semi;ਆਪ&&num;8217&semi; ਨੇ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਾਰ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਰਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਦਾਨ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਉਤਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ&comma; ਜੋ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਜੁਲਾਈ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇਸ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ &&num;8216&semi;ਆਪ&&num;8217&semi; ਆਗੂਆਂ ਲਈ ਲਿਟਮਸ ਟੈਸਟ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ&comma;
