ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ 3&period;028 ਕਿਲੋ ਨਸ਼ੀਲਾ ICE &lpar;ਮੇਥਾਮਫੇਟਾਮਾਈਨ&rpar;&comma; 8 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਕਰੰਸੀ ਨੋਟ&comma; ਦੋ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਜੀ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਨੈਟਵਰਕ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਕੈਸ਼ੀਅਰ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਕੁਝ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਸੁਰਾਗ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>13 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਸੈਕਟਰ 11 ਵਿੱਚ ਫਾਰਮੇਸੀ ਦੇ ਕੈਸ਼ੀਅਰ ਜਾਨਕੀ ਦਾਸ &lpar;45&rpar; ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਨਕਾਬਪੋਸ਼ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦਿਨ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੱਗੇ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦ ਹੋ ਗਈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਜੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ&comma; ਬਹੁ-ਪੱਧਰੀ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਪਾਈਪਲਾਈਨ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਪਨਾਹਗਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਓਪਰੇਟਰ ਘੱਟ ਉਚਾਈ ਵਾਲੇ ਡਰੋਨਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਛੱਡਣ ਲਈ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਭੂਗੋਲਿਕ ਨੇੜਤਾ ਦਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਉਠਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੇਲੋਡ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਨਾਲ ਟਕਰਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਆਪਰੇਟਰ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ-ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ 32 ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਤਲ&comma; ਜਬਰੀ ਵਸੂਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਗੋਲੀ ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੱਟੜ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ&comma; ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਜੇਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਲਾਖਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ&comma; ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਖਿੱਚੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਗੋਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਹੇਠ&comma; ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ-ਪੱਟੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਡਰੋਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਗਏ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿੰਡੀਕੇਟ ਨੇ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਤੋਂ ਹਿੱਟਮੈਨ ਇੰਪੋਰਟ ਕੀਤੇ। ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਪਨਾਹਗਾਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ&comma;
