ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਨਈ ਤਾਲੀਮ ਨਾਮਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸੈੱਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ&comma; ਜੋ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਕਈ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦਾ ਟਾਲਸਟਾਏ ਫਾਰਮ ਸੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਕੈਲੇਨਬੈਕ ਨੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ&comma; ਜੋ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਚਾਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਪਿਛੋਕੜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਸਨ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਗਾਂਧੀਵਾਦੀ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਮਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ। 1937 ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਆਈਆਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ&comma; ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਪਰ ਆਧੁਨਿਕਤਾ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਈ ਤਾਲੀਮ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਗਈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ&colon; ਬਰਾਬਰੀ&comma; ਪਹੁੰਚ&comma; ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ। ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ 2020 ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਇਕੁਇਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਨ&comma; ਹੁਣ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਬਣਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਧਦੀਆਂ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਹ ਜੋ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਅਪਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਰਫ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਸਬੰਧ ਹੈ&comma; ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਸਮਾਨਤਾਵਾਂ ਖਿੱਚਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਫਾਲਤੂ&comma; ਸਵੈ-ਨਿਰਭਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਤੋਂ ਉਮੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ&comma; ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਇੱਕ ਉੱਚ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਈ ਤਾਲੀਮ ਦਾ ਆਦਰਸ਼ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਦਾ-ਜੀਵਨ&comma; ਉੱਚੀ ਸੋਚ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਸੀ&comma; ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਲਈ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਸੀ&comma; ਸਰੀਰਕ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਗਲੇ ਲਗਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਹਿੰਸਾ ਲਈ ਸੀ। ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਹੁਨਰਮੰਦ ਕਾਰੀਗਰ ਵੀ ਸੀ। ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ &&num;8216&semi;ਕਰ ਕੇ&&num;8217&semi; ਸੀ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ&comma; ਆਪਣੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਧਾਰਮਿਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਤੰਤਰਤਾ ਸੰਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ&comma; ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਤਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੇ ਮਾਲੀਏ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ&comma; ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਵਕਾਲਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੈ-ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੰਡ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਟਾਟਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਲਈ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਅਮੀਰ ਦਾਨੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਤਮ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਖਰਚੇ ਘੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਸਨ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਭ-ਸੰਭਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਚਲਾਉਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਰਤਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਕਿਫ਼ਾਇਤੀ ਸੀ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਸਤਕਾਰੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਮਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਜੋ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸਿੱਖਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਲਪਕਾਰੀ&comma; ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਈ ਤਾਲਿਮ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ&comma; ਸੰਦਰਭ-ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ&comma; ਅਭਿਆਸ ਵਿੱਚ&comma; ਅਜਿਹਾ ਵਪਾਰੀਕਰਨ ਜਾਤ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਾਨਦਾਨੀ ਕਿੱਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ &ZeroWidthSpace;&ZeroWidthSpace;ਕਰਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ&comma; ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਕਿਰਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੂਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਨਤਾ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਪੂਜਾ ਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਥਰੂਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਖਾਨਿਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਚਾਰਦੀਵਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਈ। ਇਹ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਜਾਤੀ-ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਹੱਲ ਸੀ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਲਈ&comma; ਸਵਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਖੁਦਮੁਖਤਿਆਰ&comma; ਸਵੈ-ਨਿਰਭਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਨ ਜੋ ਰਾਜ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਰੋਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ। ਪਿੰਡ ਅਮਲੀ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਗਣਤੰਤਰ ਬਣਨਾ ਸੀ। ਨਈ ਤਾਲੀਮ ਸਕੂਲ ਲਈ ਸਵੈ-ਨਿਰਭਰਤਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਸੀ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਕੰਮ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ &&num;8220&semi;ਸਾਹਿਤਕ&&num;8221&semi; ਟੀਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਕਲਰਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ&comma; ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਿਰਣਾਇਕ ਤੌਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਧਾਰਨਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h4 class&equals;"sub&lowbar;head">ਕਨਵਰਜੈਂਸ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p>ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀ ਨਈ ਤਾਲੀਮ ਅਤੇ ਐਨਈਪੀ 2020 ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਮਾਨਤਾਵਾਂ ਖਿੱਚਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ NEP&comma; ਗਾਂਧੀ ਵਾਂਗ&comma; ਮਾਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਵਕਾਲਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਗੁਜਰਾਤੀ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਜਰਾਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਮਿਲ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਮਿਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਨਈ ਤਾਲਿਮ ਵਾਂਗ&comma; NEP ਸਕੂਲੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਸਿੱਖਣ&comma; ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੀ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ&comma; ਹਿੰਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। NEP ਕਈ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਵਕਾਲਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਦੋ ਜਾਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>NEP ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ&comma;
