01 ਜੁਲਾਈ&comma; 2026 ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ &lpar;ਆਪ&rpar; ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 2022 ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਵਨ ਧਿਆਨ ਸਤਕਾਰ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ&comma; ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਧੂਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਵੈੱਬ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ&comma; ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਯੋਗ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ 3&comma;000 ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ 3&comma;000 ਰੁਪਏ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਇੱਕੋ ਸਮੇਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। &&num;8216&semi;ਆਪ&&num;8217&semi; ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ 2022 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੰਜ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8216&semi;ਆਪ&&num;8217&semi; ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਟਵਿੱਟਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਾਵਾਂ-ਭੈਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਖਾਸ ਅਹਿਮ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਹਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਲੁੱਟਿਆ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੁੱਟਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ&comma; ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਾਵਾਂ-ਭੈਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੱਢ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਮਝਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੀ ਰਾਹ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਮੁਬਾਰਕਬਾਦ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਦੀ ਰਸਮੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ&comma; ਭਾਰੀ ਤਾੜੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ&comma; ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਯੋਗ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਹੁਣਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। &&num;8220&semi;ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਫੋਨਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਐਸਐਮਐਸ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀਆਂ ਮਿਲਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ&comma; ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿ ਪੈਸੇ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਅੱਜ ਤੋਂ&comma; ਸਮਾਧੀ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ&comma; ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ&comma;&&num;8221&semi; ਉਸਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਈ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਉਧਾਰ ਲਏ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਅਧੀਨ ਰਕਮ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਅੱਜ ਉਹ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਰੇਕ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਜਦਕਿ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ 1500 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਕੀਮ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸਮਾਚਾਰ ਸਭਾ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਚੁਟਕੀ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਾਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਔਰਤਾਂ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਜਾਂ 1500 ਰੁਪਏ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਗਰੀਬੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਰਕਮ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ&comma; ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇਖੇ ਹਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਚਾਹ ਪੱਤੀ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ 5 ਰੁਪਏ ਵੀ ਖਰਚੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਤੋਹਫ਼ਿਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਛੋਟੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਔਰਤਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਹੁਣ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮਾਵਨ ਧਿਆਨ ਸਤਕਾਰ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਰਵਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਸਮਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾੜੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਾੜੀ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ&comma; ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਣ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। &&num;8220&semi;ਮੈਰਿਜ ਪੈਲੇਸ ਕਲਚਰ ਦੇ ਵਧਣ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਪਰੰਪਰਾ ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਅਲੋਪ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਸਕੀਮ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਮਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਹੈ&comma;&&num;8221&semi; ਉਸਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਜਾਂ ਭਤੀਜਾ ਸਮਝਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਤੋੜਾਂਗਾ। ਅੱਜ ਜੋ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ&comma; ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੈਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ&comma; ਇਹ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਫ਼ੋਨ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਦੇ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਮਿਲਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਐਸਐਮਐਸ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀਆਂ ਮਿਲਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ&comma; ਉਸਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੁਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇਣ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਬੋਝ ਘੱਟ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਕੀਮ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਮਾਂ-ਭੈਣ ਦੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ&comma; &&num;8220&semi;ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ &&num;8216&semi;ਆਪ&&num;8217&semi; ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਇਸ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ &&num;8216&semi;ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਰੂਪ &&num;8216&semi;ਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ&comma;
